Amie is an Assistant Instructor in Bachata, Kizomba and Salsa, as well as the Manager at Paradizo School of Latin Dance in Brisbane, Australia. She loves to share her enthusiasm and passion of latin dance with the Brisbane dance community.
Amie started her love of dance in 2009 with Salsa and Zouk. Along her journey she came to learn from Chloe Loh, which then began her passion for Bachata. Under the mentorship from both Carlos and Chloe, the world famous Bachata Artists she has performed and competed with Paradizo renowned and winning bachata teams and ladies choreographies. On a visit to Croatia in 2017 she attended some of her first Kizomba workshops, which began another new dance love for her. Dancing, learning and performing under the guidance of Dilhan and his vast knowledge and love for Kizomba and Urban Kiz.
Amie likes to spend her time and energy dancing and spreading the joy that latin dance has bought to her life, to the school and greater dance community. Whenever possible she loves to travel both interstate and internationally to continue to learn and ignite her love of social dancing.
